Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or virtual products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to GameOnKits’ error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically returned to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, since processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] and send the item to: GameOnKits Returns Center, {physical address}.
Gift Orders
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to: GameOnKits Returns Center, {physical address}.
- You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
- For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
